MOONLIGHT SONATA is an early intermediate arrangement of Beethoven's popular work. Originally written in the key of C sharp minor in cut time, this version is in the easy key of D minor in 6/8 time. Teaching concepts include

- Key of D minor (NOTE - Accidentals have been used instead of a key signature)
- 6/8 time

- Dynamics - crescendo, diminuendo, mezzo piano, mezzo forte & forte
- LH melody in the B section
- LH octave leaps
